And me, Simon Blake.
That's great because I think all of us dread when enforcement becomes an issue, don't we, that the obtaining of the order for so long is the is what you were fixated on and you think that you've achieved your goals once you get your lovely order and then it starts to be breached and you'd have to go all the way back to the beginning.
So
Standing back, broad terms, in terms of enforcement procedure, where where should we be starting?
And so is there also work that we should be doing if if we feel in our bones that things are going to get tricky, is there work we should be doing when we're preparing our final order to make the enforcement easier or less painful?
Thank you.
So maybe it's best if we work our way based on type of order and then work our way through the orders that one is likely to have.
So
Starting with a property adjustment order, what what's the procedure?
What's the best way of going about enforcing one of those?
Thank you.
And so moving on to the next one on our shopping list, I guess, lump sum orders on the face of it, they ought to be easy to enforce, but often hard to find the money.
So how do we go about working with those?
While we're on the subject, is your lump sum sacrosanct or is it potentially variable when you apply to enforce it?
Thank you very much.
Next on our list, I think, is the party debt orders.
Who wants to talk about that, Cara?
Thank you.
And now I think we're moving on to think about
Periodical payments.
