He's very happy with foreign staff, with black stars, where people from Argentina or Nigeria arrive and seem to be welcomed and become heroes of their community.
The quality is very good.
And England, English football has always had this unique mix of two very important qualities, which is tradition.
These clubs are 150 years old, some of them, and youth culture.
And these are things that you don't see in quite that profuse in another country.
English football teams have some aspects of kind of 1970s pop culture and then the kind of ancient working class tradition, maybe even a little bit of Downton Abbey.
All those things that people like, foreigners like about England.
