Absolutely.
That's sometimes one to three month lag in terms of understanding the accumulation position is a common theme that comes back to us from underwriting teams in terms of simply their being restricted in their ability to issue the pricing and the terms.
And certainly what point of quote accumulation provides.
Is a very, very strong sense check of the level of risk that a particular portfolio and risks within that portfolio are bringing.
And underwriters want to write risk.
They want to find solid, justifiable, stand-behind reasons why they can and should write a risk at the right price.
And point of quote accumulation gives that ability to understand what the level of accumulation.
Accumulated risk for, let's say, exposure to flood, a flood catchment.
We manage all of those flood catchment areas, looking at return periods of one in a hundred, one in two hundred year return period extents, and identifying what level of accumulation the existing book of a carrier has within that.

And certainly for the last 17 years in the insurance markets, dedicated into the insurance market, but have worked in the area of GIS,
In other markets, including mobile telephony with radio wave propagation, modeling for mobile phone companies with retailers to do site selection for high streets and footfall.
But yeah, as I said, for the last 17 years, looking at geographic risk within particularly the underwriting and pricing domains of the property insurance market and worked for a few organizations in this space for some time now.
