Jim is a colleague of mine.
He's doing a good job.
No, what I'm saying, though, is if you're asking me how conflicts end, they ultimately end by some form of engagement.
And that can allow the government very clearly and the government must set the policy agenda.
The government is there to represent the people of Ireland and, you know, democratically elected, Jim O'Callaghan has every right to drive a reform agenda.
We also obviously need to engage with those who have to carry out that agenda, those who have to work in the courts.
And I think engagement in some form is the ultimate direction of Traveller.
It is.
And look, I also think there's important ethical issues here.
I mean, we're offering people a significant fee here to represent people, often vulnerable people in our court system.
And I really hope everybody, because all disputes aren't about, you know, there's been a lot of focus about the minister there and what's the minister doing, what's the minister doing.
It takes two sides to resolve any conflict.
And I would hope everybody, not just the minister, everybody would look at trying to find a resolution here.
