The Supreme Court made a ruling, I think it was last year or the year before, about qualified immunity.
This doesn't cover it because this nasty stuff he did, he did prior to being president, as far as these documents go.
And qualified immunity cannot be used to cover up your own crimes.
It varies.
So with qualified immunity, what it says is the acts that he did as a president can be protected as a president.
So if he, for example, him sending out, you know, ice, those things are more likely for Trump to be protected.
That doesn't necessarily apply for Bondi and others.
