And Letitia James's case is in a really unique position where Lindsay Halligan better really worry about her bar license being shoved up her butt, her bottom, because with Letitia James's case, it was discovered that in that one, there were two different grand juries that were pulled together.
There was the one in Norfolk that did not indict.
And that grand jury was the one that heard Letitia James's niece say, I never paid any rent.
She didn't make any money from this.
But then when it was presented to the grand jury in Alexandria, they omitted that evidence.
They never told that to the grand jury.
And that was how they were able to get that indictment.
So if they attempt again, because there doesn't appear to be a statute of limitations lapse in Letitia James' case.
