And it's important to remember in that moment what your money values are and what a rich life looks like for you and being okay with the fact that other people are gonna choose different things.

And that actually sim has nothing to do with me.

like absolutely nothing to do with me and I just needed to like check myself in that moment.

I really believe in this idea that the first thought you have isn't always necessarily the thought you believe, like so envious and so jealous, like this would be nice.

Sure, that's what I thought initially.

But the more important thought, the thought that you should actually hold on to, is the second thought that you use to actually override that first thought.

And the second thought is hey?

These people really value a nice home.

And they're also at a different point in their lives.

They want children.

So of course a comfortable home is important for them.

They're not really that big into traveling.

So of course they're happy to make that sacrifice by not traveling as much and investing into beautiful furniture, investing into beautiful artwork.

Like how cool is that?

They work really hard and this is what they value and good on them.

Like I'm so happy for them.

And what my husband and I value?

We value traveling.

So we're gonna be okay with having a smaller place because that allows us to spend the money on going on trips.

We value well at least I not so much my husband, I value a really nice hotel.
