So there's these things that happen that normal people are muggles.
Someone has said to me, go on about their day and it's the innocence.
It's the not knowing.
And that, look, how can they know?
They've not experienced it.
I do understand that.
But for people like you and I who've experienced traumatic grief, the smallest things that other people don't notice can really, really bring up all that emotion and feelings again.
And I feel at the moment it's here.
I spent the first two years in the hole, like just in the darkness, in the grief and just swallowed by it.
Absolutely swallowed by it.
Um, and eventually when I went back to school in September, I had to start like, I feel like I have climbed this mountain by my nails to get to a place where I can get through a day without ending up in the bathroom, hiding in tears.
Um,
So I've now managed to get to put the story here nearly.
It's in my proof.
It's always here.
But I'm trying not to look at it because if I look at it, I'm afraid I'll fall back down that hole.
But then unbeknownst to them, someone can come crashing in and do something and I'm back in a spiral for days.
And I've learned, like I have been trying to find ways and to
stay out of my mind because with a grief like this there's trauma definitely in the body and there's pain and there's loss and there's grief and that I you know that's just what's left of the love do you know they say that with the love with nowhere to go like that's all evidence of how like the deep my grief is as deep as I loved him
But I don't have to suffer.
