Suffering, I suppose, is a choice.

And the way I suffer is going over and over the unfairness, what it should have been, what I should have done, the guilt.

So the mind, my mind going over and over and over.

And then I suffer by grabbing onto how this person did or said something to hurt me.

So really what it's teaching me is that I need to allow

allow everything that comes because we don't have control of our lives.

Like clearly, we think we have control.

We don't.

We have no idea what's going to happen.

We know it like that was a normal day.

It was a normal day.

I went for a walk with my baby.

Something just crashed into our lives and

It was like a bomb and the debris and the destruction of that bomb, there's nothing that has gone untouched by it.

Like there is nothing in our lives that is not affected by what happened and the loss of him.

And that will never, it will, our lives will never be the same.

We will never be the same.

I will never ever be the same.

There's nothing.

Relationships, friendships, how I see the world, how my children see the world, how we interact with each other, with other people, like everything is affected by Liz and him.
