His full name is Robert Frederick Chelsea Moore, just in case people don't know that.

That's great.

And Chelsea was not named after the club.

I think for some other reason he was called Chelsea.

Robert Frederick Chelsea Moore.

I knew him, of course, as Morrow.

Morrow was only eight months older than me, but he progressed through the academy and the West Ham team and the national side maybe four-ish years before me.

So I looked upon him, although at the same age as my senior player, looked at how he acted, behaved, played, trained, and he was a great example to me.

absolutely right what was there why was he given that you were contemporaries uh why was he the person you looked up to and the person who was a natural captain as opposed to you these people in life become natural captains or natural leaders not like politics where people get voted to be a you know the prime minister and so on he automatically automatically

amongst a group of people suddenly becomes the person they should be the leader.

And one astounding thing, a few months ago, a chap at West Ham produced a lot of calendars over the years from about Mauro's time to when he left.

And a couple of the early calendars as a whole squad,

in it and the first year which is about the time he started he was in the picture but he wasn't in the main picture he was on the right or the top or out of it the next year

In a team photograph, he's right in the middle, in the captain's position, with a trophy.

The next year, he'll be only 15 or 16.

Even then, he was picked as the captain and the leader of a schoolboy team.

That just shows you how he developed, easily developed to be the captain of West Ham.

It's just a natural lead.

There are people in life, and let's talk about this, and in business,

where a group of people look around at people all around them and think, you know, I think this person, this man, I think should be the leader of our particular organisation.
