And so I think that's a big factor in terms of why Adam silver, you know, felt the need to kind of step in here.
Like you, like you can't have this unusual erratic stuff with guys in and out of lineups because you know, it just creates a lot of problems long-term in terms of solutions.
for tanking.
I mean, I I've read them all.
I think flattening the lottery odds actually kind of shot themselves in the foot a little bit.
I would give better odds to the teams who are really bad.
And then I would also consider that rule.
They're talking about not allowing a team to pick in the top four multiple years in a row.
I think they're really trying to go hard for parody.
And I don't love that either.
I love dynasties, you know, that that's,
my favorite aspect of the nba but they're going down this parody route very hard and so it does kind of feel like well you know san antonio do they even really need harper to be a championship contender no could somebody like utah or washington use harper a little bit more and we'd flatten the talent out and everybody would benefit i think that there's an argument there
So I think those would probably be my, uh, my, my preferred solutions, but people get way, way too deep into this, you know, and there's so much talk about the 10 worst teams in the league.
You got a championship race right now with 10 great teams who all have a shot to some degree.
Uh, and unfortunately it's a huge distraction.
So I kind of wonder, should Adam silver take your advice here and just talk about it less, you know, um,
And, you know, just because he put a huge microscope on it for all-star weekend.
It's all anybody talked about.
It's like, wait a minute, this is what we've got going.
It just looks bad for the entire league.
