But all coaches are doing different forms of matching.

The San Antonio Spurs all have Air Jordan 1s.

on their feet from Mitch Johnson, every single one.

So maybe there's a bunch of Mitch.

You like that?

Well, I like the idea of the unity from the coaching staff.

You know, I can also see like, hey, the head coach does have to dress up.

Everybody else kind of looks the same.

The Lakers actually do something similar.

I noticed the Celtics did something similar.

So I don't know if they were all matching sneakers as well, but it was, you know, a very uniform look.

I like the togetherness.

You know, it sets a good tone.

It also kind of helps the assistant coaches stay in the background if you're watching on TV, right?

Because it's just sort of like one, one like monochromatic look there from the bench.

But think about how many times they cut to the solo shots of the head coach during a game, arguing a review call, talking to the point guard, yelling out defensive coverages.

You don't want them in that, you know, Pat Riley, Armani for those moments.

Even like the more heated they get, they're getting pissed with the officials.

Like, you know, a tie can get on loose and a jacket can come off.
