And I would definitely say that you're right.
Instant payments really are waiting for their huge moment.
And I think there's a few things that we all need to work on to unlock that disruption.
Dave already started to touch on this a little bit, but we need to undergo a lot of tech modernization to enable instant payments.
There's many businesses that are still relying on legacy technology, and that technology predates this sort of instant payment technology being developed.
So the folks who built it, they didn't really design those systems to support instant payments.
They might not even have dreamed that this was possible or how fast things could move in the future.
Or even that we'd have things like AI agents that might be trying to make payments on behalf of us.
So a big step that we have to work through to unlock instant payment rails is digital transformation in the businesses who want to offer it.
Another aspect we've got to work on is education.
Surprisingly, there's lots of businesses that are still unaware of instant payments or the full potential that they could provide.
And not knowing about this, it's hurting them.
So we've got to get out there and keep educating these business owners on what is possible.
with the instant payment rails because we've seen businesses that implement a strategy with instant payments, increasing payment volumes, increasing user signups, increasing transactions on their platform by initiating payments at a faster speed.
And the last one I could think of, and I know there's way more, but the last one I'm thinking of right now is building trust.
Anytime we have a new technology or things happening at a new speed, there's just a natural challenge that we have to work through so that businesses are confident that the systems are going to be secure and reliable before they can really fully embrace them as part of what they do.
I'm selling this one.
I think that consumers expect both.
And I don't think in their minds, they think about or differentiate between these things.
They just expect both to be there.
