Then the players, very soon, if they're doing good and they're praised and everything, and they offer new contracts and all that, very soon they become basically bigger than the club.

You have a couple of guys or whatever who are having five, six, seven players from one club under their belt.
And of course, you as a manager, you are almost depending on them.
So it's a very complex job.
No, but at the end of the day, you are in football, especially if you are an ex-player.
