Yeah.
It's horrific for them.
It's, it's, it's, I mean, I always bring my son up, but when my son passed in 2020 and
I had had him the week before move boxes from Costco of pictures into my house because I was making booklets for everybody, baby pictures.
And I had five huge, those big Costco ones.
I couldn't lift them.
Anyway, I was standing in my studio by myself and I was sobbing and I just couldn't understand what happened to him.
And he literally got me out of it.
And one time he just banged on those boxes so loud.
I knew he was beside me.
He just went like that.
And I was like startled.
It's just me and the cat, right?
I'm like, where is the cat?
She's asleep in the bathroom, so she was fine.
And so I knew he was there.
And it's just interesting.
I've seen other spirits in the family.
People, they're not spirits.
They're energies.
