Yeah, absolutely.
I would say particularly for Neiman Marcus because they have debt.
Most of their debt is maturing, was maturing until they did this deal.

PetSmart was in a little bit of a better position because they didn't have any debt maturities until 2022.
But for sure, I think that if, you know, if you couldn't IPO or make a credible case for selling something like MyTeresa at a big price, you know, I think that it would have been harder for them to reach a deal with creditors where creditors would agree to push out the maturities.
Absolutely.
I think any retailer that needs to restructure its debt, that has a lot of debt and is where their brick and mortar is having issues and they happen to have some nice assets, particularly commerce businesses that are doing well, they would definitely look to this as a blueprint.
