And pretty much that was—and he said, that's interesting.
And that is why I ended up marrying him.
It was like because he didn't run away.
Yeah.
I overprojected that his interest was deeper than it actually was.
To me, that was a betrayal.
It's like, well, wait a minute.
You said you were interested and you're showing anything but interest.
in growing.
So it took me a while to learn these lessons, but eventually it's very powerful and liberating.
And you do feel very lighthearted and free when you do say, you know what?
I did learn that.
I did choose that.
And if everybody can get on board and say, okay, I thought...
The goal was to wrestle the external world to the ground, make a lot of money and win the game.
Now we're realizing, well, that's not.
I've done that actually for a lot of people.
That didn't give me any reward.
