So typically, interestingly enough, I could actually tell a lot more about a person from a photo because you don't have the distractions of their words and their movements, right?
Because very often people wear a mask
And they're not necessarily revealing who they truly are.
And to be fair, many people don't even know who they are in the first place.
And so when I see this young man, just from this photo, again, as you just mentioned, I definitely see someone who's guarded, kind of consoling himself in terms of having his arms crossed.
And from the way that his eyes are, yes, he's looking at him, but there's also a sense of...
Uncertainty and fear is what I see.
Now again, in order to see the deeper levels of body language, dispositions, there is a level of awareness that is involved.
The higher your level of awareness or perception, the more easily it is to learn how to do this.
So I'm saying some people are naturally more perceptive than others.
And so with that ability, it makes it easier to read a person in photos now.
I typically don't like to make too many observations from simply one photo because somebody could be having an all day.
Usually you want to look at several photos so that you can identify patterns and verify.
But again, what I see is someone who is
afraid, I see someone who is consoling himself and basically staying guarded in an attempt to protect himself based on the folded arms, the way that he has his chin tilted a little bit further back.
And there's just a tightness there that lets me know that he's being very controlled and he's definitely not relaxed.
