And so they were very changing.

Um, during season, I bet our practices were like we would go in, you'd get treatment, you would do weights, you would get uh either before or after practice, you would get in your individual shots.
You know what I mean?
Like go get what you need.
So kind of like our vitamins.
Um, and then we would maybe have team film that day, maybe not.
And then we'd practice for maybe like 45 minutes to an hour 15 max, but very light, very easy.
Um, I loved it, but I will say.
say but throughout the coaching the out there, I don't feel like we like did enough.
Or maybe me personally looking back, like looking in the mirror, maybe I didn't do enough off the court because our practices were not
Doing anything for me.
Does that make sense?
So maybe maybe that was like a learning curve for me of like, okay, like we're not really doing anything at practice and we aren't really practicing at all.
Um, because in that forty five minutes, we really wouldn't do anything.
So maybe I needed to do a more individual workout to to make me sweat and and be better.
But I will say being traded up here to Indiana, um
