So Evan could have stayed, but for Jasper, to give Jasper a chance, Evan had to be born too.

And so Evan and Jasper were born and their birth went really well and they handled the birth really well and they were whisked off to the NICU.

It was a complicated cesarean.

There was a few complications, so I had to be taken to the critical care.

And I was a bit out of it for a couple of days.

Ash was able to go down and see the babies in the NICU.

And he came back to me and he just said, oh, he came back and saw me.

I hadn't met them.

I think it was two days before I got to see them.

And Ash came back just saying, oh, my God, they are so perfect.

They're the perfect little babies.

I've never seen such beautiful babies.

And, of course, you know, actually they were.

extremely premature, you know, they had...

even their skin hadn't finished developing.

Their eyes were sealed shut.

They were, you know, their lungs, their brains, their hearts, everything was underdeveloped.

And they were looked after in the NICU.

And I remember somebody saying that if they could get through the first four days without any complications, then their chances of survival significantly rise.
