And to see Landry go into the crowd like he's Alex Caruso of OKC just getting the crowd pumped. It was very, very cool. I am looking back because I am having some flashbacks of Landry Schammett playing defense when you say he never played defense. Really? Somewhere. Somewhere. Yeah, Tibbs is just balancing the minutes pretty well now, playing him only 14 minutes. He doesn't play him a ton. Same with Mitchell Robinson in the starting lineup, having his first good game, but also not overplaying him under 20 minutes. Yeah, he's found it. And you're right, Trey. Maybe in the first game, if Payne sits, things are different.
Because Payne tries to do a little too much in those minutes, as we always see. But Shamit's got it right right now. He's playing it right. DeLon Wright also doing the same thing.
Sorry, it seemed like in this game, they waited way too long. They just didn't get into their offense until five seconds left. And Obi Toppin really didn't have a choice. He's like, okay, I'll do it. They were late.
My friend Phil that I was sitting with saw that Hal Burton shot, and he said, whoa, what is he doing? He's trying to win the game here in this quarter? It was literally at the end of the shot clock. It didn't happen very often. Then T.J. McConnell laced it up and shot a three. I mean, they had no... No real spark. And Halliburton just was sparkless coming off that great game.
It's rare for them to win games when he has such few points. It doesn't happen. 26 and 27 overall this entire season when he scores under 20 points. Now 0 of 2 when he's done it in the playoffs here. And when he scores, period, they're 31 and 4 when he scores 20 or more. Yeah.
