I've I've noticed that influx of you know the other thing I've noticed too, which I think is a r is a really good thing for society.
You know, back in the day, my caseload consisted of like just a couple students that were autistic, but it was kind of not really talked about because I think society had so much of a stigma.

We still have a long way to go, but I think that the stigma is slowly, continuously r being reduced, which helps people better identify and families being more okay with with you know getting seeking evaluation and diagnosis as well.

And let's see what we can do to sh shift you know things around so that way we can make it happen more often.

I feel like it's like this vicious cycle too.
Sometimes like if you don't get sleep, then you wake up then the next day you're like, well, I didn't get a lot of sleep.
So now I've got some anxiety because I didn't get sleep.
And then that night you're thinking, man, I had a lot of anxiety today.
So I'm not gonna be able to sleep.
