Exactly.

It's so specific to what someone's dealing with.

But if I had to point people, let's say you have a problem in life.

You're struggling with it.

You haven't been able to solve it.

The lever that I would point many people to in that case is the first lever, which is about unraveling the deeper hidden causes of an issue.

And it's just really fascinating how often we understand the problems in our life at a fairly surface level of causality.

where we think, oh, my problem is that I get in fights with my spouse, right?

And you're like, that's my problem.

And then you're like, OK, well, why do you get in fights with your spouse?

OK, well, we get in fights because they want x and I want y.

Okay, but you know, a lot of other spouses have that situation where one of them wants one thing, one wants the other, and they don't fight about it.

So why are you fighting, right?

And there's these deeper and deeper levels of causation.

And we give a number of different techniques in that lever, like how exactly do you get to the causality?

But as you get deeper and deeper in the causality, it often really helps you be much more effective at solving the problems in your life.

And it's very easy to not notice that you're not at the deepest level of causality.

Yeah, oftentimes interpersonal disagreements like that that are recurring are not about the thing that they seem to be about.

There's like a deeper thing that they're about.

Like maybe it's like, I just don't feel like you really love me.
