Clearly, the job market is changing pretty quickly right now due to the changing nature of skills.
People make a lot of research right now about AI and robotics and how it's removing parts of the workforce by automating the work, and that's definitely a threat.
The opportunity is it's never been more feasible than today to find resources online to rescale yourself, to even find resources online to figure out what you should rescale yourself to do based on where is the demand coming for jobs, and then to find the jobs themselves.
On a site like Upwork, people find jobs in a couple of days, which is not something that could be done prior to this type of technology existing.
I think there's a mixed opportunity and threat about technology, and it's really about people embracing the best and trying to neutralize the threats.
I think it's fair to say that every job is somewhat impacted.
And really the point is for people to be aware that automation will continue to automate parts of the work and that it's a race.
I mean, it's basically how do you reskill yourself constantly to be ahead of what the technology can do so that you remain fully employed either as a freelancer or as a traditional full-time employee in the job market of the 21st century.
It's really empowering for people that are interested in reskilling themselves and growing.
It can be a little bit scary for people that want to use the same skills over and over again forever.
