And there was another charge, but I can't remember what.
And he was still getting access to me with the siblings while he was on bail.
So I went to the court, so it was April the 11th, 2011, and it was supposed to be in Chelmsford, but the night before I got a phone call saying it had been rescheduled for Basildon at the same time.
So I went to Basildon for about 10 o'clock the next morning.
Through all the process, because I was from Oldham,
And I had to travel back down to Essex.
I didn't have no support through it all.
I'd never met my barrister.
I didn't get no support through the whole thing.
I was literally on my own.
Nothing.
I was supposed to have victim liaison involved, but they only, like, rung me once.
so i've gone down like completely in the unknown and they've gone like the different um the finger they said his name you know for the court case and i just broke down and tried running out of the court my mum's friend who was there she gripped me and then i went and sat in this room in the court um and 11 o'clock came and the barrister came in she went i've watched a video interview and stuff she said we're nearly there i said what do you mean
She went, he's 35% that he's going to plead or something.
So I thought he's definitely not going to plead.
I knew what he was like.
