So it's usually a call or an email.
They've heard about us from another vendor or heard some of our advertising.
Sometimes we'll reach out to people if we see them advertising in certain areas or hear of a new business that's really neat that we'd love to have an invite personally to come and be at the show.
But most of the time they've heard about the show, they're calling us, asking us.
We
send them the contract with all the details, which is basically date and time, and give me your address and phone number so we can just...
have that for the website.
You know, it's not super formal.
So on the contract, it's all like written out, but most vendors don't take the time to read it all.
We don't want to miss any of the little details any more than they want to, but our regular booth space is a 10 by 10 booth space that comes with a table.
If you don't want the table, you save some money.
If you need two tables, that's an option that you can add.
And that stuff will all be in the booth ready to go when you get there.
If you forgot to order a table, we can definitely get you one day of.
But it's easier to have that stuff there.
Boss him into carrying tables for me.
The setup for the show actually starts at eight o'clock Friday morning.
And we have several early birds that get there, they drop all their stuff and set it up and they're gone within a couple hours and they come back just for the day, you know, the evening festivities.
And then we have other vendors that trickle in throughout the day, set up their booth, take off for lunch, come back and just hang out, network, make a day of it.
