But breathe because you need to catch your breath in order to do this work well for your child.

One piece of advice that I think is really helpful is to concentrate on now, not later.

We don't need to worry about college when our child's in second grade.

Like, think about the here and now.

Focus on the next steps that you can take and not like the whole big process.
