It's how is Warsh going to handle Trump?

Yes.
The horse head reference is from The Godfather, which is an excellent movie.
And in The Godfather, the godfather, Marlon Brando, is trying to get a movie producer to put basically Frank Sinatra, but it's a fictionalized version of Frank Sinatra, in a movie.
And the guy won't do it.
The producer doesn't want to do it.
And so but the producer is this very wealthy movie producer.
He has a bunch of horses like thoroughbreds.
And he the mafia guys come to ask him to to put Frank Sinatra in the movie.
And he's like, no, I don't want to do that.
But he shows them his prize thoroughbreds.
The next thing you know is he goes into his bedroom and one of his beautiful thoroughbreds heads is in the bed.
And it is a very iconic and bone chilling scene.
