I was pretty much bedrest.

I couldn't really walk.

I couldn't really do anything except move from couch to bed, couch to bed.

Agonizing pain, pelvic pain, just the worst I can imagine.

And thinking back now, I still can't even describe the pain I was in because it was so awful.

you know, something that I would never put on anyone.

And I was searching and searching, trying to figure out what I could do for myself besides have yet again, another surgery.

And the day of my surgery was when I found Wendy's book.

I, I, I got it.

Like, I think I even contacted you or some way I got the book and I read it.

I ended up having to have the surgery and I read this book and it literally changed my entire view of

on how to handle my own personal endometriosis, how to handle the doctors, so how to advocate for myself, how to stay healthy, what foods to eat, because I really wasn't eating.

And I didn't realize that a lot of this has to do with food and really taking care of yourself.

Back then, I just thought, okay, well, the doctors can handle it, even though they weren't.

So by reading this book and learning what there was, I knew there was hope.

And then I somehow got in contact with you again, and I did your program.

And it was...

I mean, so inspiring to just know that if you can do it, why can't I?

And then you showed me the tools that I was able to do myself at home and work it.

Not just, you know, I didn't have to take everything that you said.
