I was going to say, yeah, I call it like good food habits because there you go.
yeah it's it's definitely it's an everyday thing that i think about you know every time because you eat well more than three times a day so it's constantly it's in your head and you know i really think that's one of the most important lessons that i did learn from from you because
it's nice to have a meal and not hurt.
It's nice to enjoy a meal.
It's nice to have this relationship with food now because it,
was really tough.
I didn't know why I was so bloated.
And now I can tell within the last few bites if I'm going to be bloated or not.
And then I'm like, oh, I knew I shouldn't have done this.
But I'm like, oh, it was so good.
And you kind of almost had that little fight with you in your head.
But you also remember the next time.
It just sticks with you.
It's everywhere you go is food.
Every single, everywhere.
You go to the park, you go to a festival, a carnival, a concert.
These are things that if people don't want to be in pain every day, this is something that we need to learn.
And it's that important that it's going to help you for the long run.
It's not gonna help you.
