just to fill your heart with some type of love, but we don't have to constantly give.

One thing, what I had a lot of trouble doing is receiving.

That's where I had trouble.

And

I know a lot of women do.

Because we're givers.

We don't want to receive.

We don't need to receive.

But again, once you're taught the tools, you can then be very practical with those.

Yeah.

And once you get there, it is a really great feeling, especially to look back and be like, look how far I came.

Look how great I feel and what I've learned and what I'm doing now.

And it's just...

It just blows my mind that I'm not stuck on the couch like I was four years ago and like dying.

I've seen it every once in a while.

I don't want to watch it.

Like I'm dying.
