I do a lot still in my head because I always told you I did, but I'm very more aware.
You know, obviously there are some things that I do still need to fix and work on myself, but everyone will have that.
Yeah, and I mean, it took time.
Again, it's not an overnight thing.
And it's not something, you know, you're not going to get used to it in the first five days you do it.
You got to do it more.
And then, you know, it's baby steps.
practical tools but these are kind of restorative tools that can be with you for for life and influencing the next generation down oh my god yes yes and that's one thing that i love is that i get to teach my daughter all these tools i learned i get to teach my girlfriend's daughters
what I have learned because not only is it about my daughter, but who knows if my friend's daughters are going to have this, you know, all my friends that have supported me through all this, they have even seen a change and know too that, Oh, you can't eat that.
Or, Oh, you know, I went, for example, I went to the gym with my girlfriend today.
She knows I cannot do certain things.
she looked at me she saw I kind of was struggling and kind of pushing myself and she reminded me you don't need to do that you you will do you do half of what I'm doing yeah and I was like oh you know thank you because we do want to push ourselves to the max but having that little reminder and that's another important thing too is is use the people around you yeah
It is so important, back to what you were saying, to have that table.
Use your friends, use your mother, use your aunt.
If your boyfriend is supportive, use him.
If he's not, do not use him.
Yeah, it's just so important.
I mean, we are so busy in our lives and society nowadays that we don't even think or care or just go, go, go.
really 10 minutes is all we really need for ourselves.
I mean, yeah, we wish we could have more, but if you could take 10 minutes and do something, even if it's something that you love, I mean, it, it just, it builds up everything for the rest of the day for the rest of, you know, until the next time, you know, it gives you that little motivation to, to keep going or, or
