It's larger pressure if I have that sugary cake.
But I also plan it around, okay, am I going to be able to sit on my couch for these hours when I'm digesting or while I'm going through this crappy feeling?
But the difference is you now know you have that power.
And that's not an overnight thing.
So I don't want women thinking that this is an overnight thing.
I think it's very important to do this, though, because...
you need to be one with your body.
You really need to learn and to know, and us women with endometriosis, we really do know our bodies.
It's because, especially with pain, you know the pain.
You can, I mean, pinpoint where it is, you know, not quite yet how it got there, but you will learn.
And you know, it's like, I know,
what I can do for food, what I can't do.
I now know if I go to my friend's house, I have to bring my own food.
You know, it's, it's, it's literally, it, like you said, it's a life changing.
Um, and I'm not going to use diet because it's not a diet.
It's a life changing food pattern.
