But I've been really connecting to that, you know.
And that goes a lot with emotions, you know.
I meditate probably three, four times a day.
At any point I can, there's always music on.
You know, music is very important to me.
Whether it's, you know, my Pink Floyd music, the classic rock, or even meditation music, or just...
chimes or nature sounds there's always something you know so that has helped a lot with emotions a lot with my mental state and I've learned how important that really is you know I I'll never forget you told me you know to journal and meditate and all that and I was like yeah okay I'm not I'm not gonna do that I don't think so
And now I, like I said, I meditate before bed.
When I wake up throughout the day, I meditate with Maddie.
I write my three gratefuls every night.
I don't necessarily journal.
I kind of have my own way now.
