I couldn't sit in a chair.

I mean, I had to leave my job because it got so bad that I couldn't sit down or I couldn't stand, couldn't do anything.

But I remember trying to sit.

I mean, just thinking about it almost takes my breath away because it was so painful just to sit, just to have my pelvic in that position.

And like,

it was hard to breathe.

I mean, just like I said, talking to you was, I mean, it was, it was, I remember crawling on the floor to get to the bathroom and my brother coming home and just like, okay.

And just walking away.

Like, like it was nothing because it was normal for me to walk in the living room and crawl to the bathroom.

Yeah, and every person is different.

That's the other thing that we all need to remember is that not one person on this planet is in the same exact path.

We may have the same bumps or the same mountains to climb, but they're different mountains, you know?

Yes, everyone, you know, can take everything that you're learning.

But, you know, like you just said, it's not going to happen overnight.

Every person is going to have their own process of how they handle what you're teaching us and what skills to because someone might not, again, I didn't take the meditation.
