uh, you know, a smaller role.

Um he's got his hockey canada role, which is an important one and you know, obviously that's his main thing.

But I think that

Um, he's still gonna be playing an important role with our group.

So I'm excited about it.

I've got to know him.

I spent some time with him at the Holinka.

a couple of days with him and got to know him.

I I really think he's got some great ideas, um and he's got great experience and um yeah, it's a little different but you know, sometimes

with new ideas some sometimes you break through and you really get a benefit out of it.

So that's what we're hoping.

Um, and they've had some

uh gatherings as the coaching staff.

Um they had one a week or two ago, they're having another one coming up.

I guess you could call it like a coaching summit where they bring in all their

different ideas.
