So a question I really have for you is, how do you actually identify trauma?
I mean, trauma is a really heavy word, and it's a heavy diagnosis, I guess, as opposed to just sadness or angst or just depressed.
How do you make that distinction to the level where it becomes trauma?
You're saying that trauma, based on your professional experience, you kind of see it as almost a different level.
It's just much more.
