The best they can do is a stalemate in the final battle.
But they do hold their own.
they don't end up holding the field.
So yeah, I think when the battle's fought, I think the Romans probably lose.
It's only because he dresses somebody else up.
And Alexander's not going to do that.
So if we war game that, Alexander's dead because the Romans do what he does to Darius, go straight for the head of the snake.
They're going to do that to him.
And he's not going to dress somebody else up like Pyrrhus would, probably.
the Romans are probably going to lose against the Macedonian army in a pitched battle.
This is, I think, the decisive factor.
