So I'm going to be hypocritical now and I'm going to end with management speak.
Has one of the biggest problems, do you think, been over the last six months that this England set-up is affected by groupthink?
And that there hasn't been any room for anybody to push against it and have their own way of approaching the game.
Because at best, at best sometimes, the England set-up has been described as a clique and at worst as a cult.
Can people think for themselves within the England set-up or do they have to follow the leader?
What are you going to do, ask him in Spanish or something?
