Everything was repaired.

So it should be a shiny new house.

But when I first moved in, I just had this feeling that I didn't like it.

I couldn't tell why.

But I think later I realized it's because the black mold and the asbestos, even though they've been certified that they're now gone, they're clean, in the back of my head, I still feel like it's still there.

So I didn't feel safe.

when I was living there for briefly just a few days.

And I just feel this is all too much because I was still paying down a lot of the construction costs.

And I saw my bank account just getting depleted day by day while I have this concern in the back of my head.

So I feel like the combination has really affected my ability to appreciate the house.

I think it's really important that if you buy a home, you do not get attached to it emotionally at all.

I think I was definitely attached to it because I was really trying to make it work.

So I kind of ignored the hard numbers and not to mention that I actually got a loan that's rather expensive that I need to keep paying down.

And it all just kind of crashing down on me.

It's not worth it.

So I think next time, removing the emotional element completely and just think of it as a business deal, as any deal that you would do at work, that would make it a lot better.
