But the Hybrid Express has come after feedback from the first program that we've got with Mills, which is Build, the Hybrid Build program, which is also six weeks, much like this one.
But the workouts in that hybrid program were 45 minutes long.
The other thing that has been shift in that is a lot of you gave us feedback on the types of gyms that you're working out at, like whether that's a
home gym or a smaller gym, hotel gym, et cetera, some of the exercise equipment or whatever that's not commonly in every single gym, that has been reduced down as well in this program.
So the equipment that you will see in this program, you will find in, I want to say any gym, maybe not your home gym.
Because I don't have one.
Well, yeah, I don't have one right now either.
But any other gym, you will find.
They're very, very common pieces of equipment.
