Oh, I'd say about four.

You know, there's some quibbles with some other things, but it was a good watching experience.

And I'm glad to finally see Butcher's Ball brought to the screen.

And yeah, I guess if any quibbles and nitpicks come up, we can talk about it and occur in the basic timeline.

I felt, in terms of overall tone, I did feel it was a little, just a little bit underwhelming.

And, you know, like, with the way that, you know, like, young Lord Oscar is awkwardly saying these one-liners like he's, you know, a little boy trying on daddy's shoes.

Yep.

I think in isolation that works I'm not entirely sure if it works here and you know so if you know Crispy's role has been reduced compared to the book and yes they have to yes in this adaptation they have to

approach every scene and then just do a choose your own adventure and make something try to make something coherent about after out of that but as a result of that you know crispy's role in this has felt much diminished so all we've gotten really or my experience of the character has generally been just like whining or guy who won't shut up about his bad breakup for 20 years right so

So it was still good to see it.

But, you know, it's just like you didn't even have the one liner at the end.

You know, it's like you put up that you put all that effort into like directing the Oscar, the actor for Young Lord Oscar, who nailed that scene in Heron Hall with Damon last season to like have him like.

try to be awkward and like you know like look like those two things can be two sides of him right he was like schooling damon in the godswood at heron hall at the end of last season and he's awkwardly partying with the troops at the beginning of this season right but like to have him play it awkward at this moment is uh and to not give the line at the end seems a little bizarre to me

Yeah, and Crispy needed to be given the decisions and character choices and just opportunities to show that he's a threat to make it feel all the more satisfying when he's dealt with, right?

but then they went and used the same setup as they did for the battle itself.

It just, yeah, you know, it feels like it diminished the plot line.

Maybe they were trying to say this or make some point about both sides, you know, like,

weaponizing the corpses of the fallen, blah, blah, blah.

Right.
