But as you said, it's not just cost, it is also bureaucracy, because as you say, it's much more difficult now to give kids work experience.

And, you know, for lots of businesses, it's like, why bother?

Because it doesn't necessarily mean we're going to get any benefit from it.

They might come in, do a week and...

then we never see them again.

And they have to burden the bureaucracy and the cost and the risk associated with that.

And also just given, you know, the changes we're seeing to employment rights and everything else, it's just making it all trickier.

Should there not be something just to make it easier for businesses to be able to do all this?

Is that what you're focusing on telling government as well?

But we can't forget about the people whose industries are changing and they need to be re-skilled and everything.
