Um one main thing is that waiting for a missed payment is too late.
The organizations that come out of this cycle strongest would be the ones that did build in these early warning systems into their processes and were proactive with their borrowers.
Um, you know, proactive collateral risk management doesn't sound like it's just a tactic.
It's a real leadership and cultural decision and situation.
And the leaders that treat it that way are gonna be in a better place to to grow, retain their people and
and really protect what matters most, which is the borrower.
