a great experience at regulating their emotions because you're like, I am someone, if someone was like screaming and yelling at me all the time, like that just would not work for me.
Like Courtney and I don't communicate that way.
Like we're never screaming at each other.
We're never yelling at each other.
Well, you know,
share our points and be very, really clear about something, but we're never going to like disrespect each other or yell at each other.
That's just not how we communicate.
There's a lot of people out there that communicate like that.
So you need to decide early on, is this someone I can really communicate with and build a strong foundation and relationship with?
And that goes the same for in corporate America for who you're going to work for.
And like you said, looking at the top of the company too, because it is a top down dictate mentality.
And if people don't realize that, oh my gosh, pay attention to culture beyond just the person you're going to work for, because it will filter in and affect everyone.
Yeah.
And there's a lot of people, like you said, that yell and are not emotionally regulated.
And it is, that is not a fun ride.
That is a no, I want no part of, of any of them.
