But you need the cooling systems, you need the transformers, you need the wiring, you need the semiconductor chips, you need software.
All of that costs $40 billion.

So you're talking about one data center to build out costing over $40 billion.
So this goes right back to where we started with these big tech companies.
Why are they spending $800 billion?
Because it costs so much for just one data center, and we have only 11,400 data centers in the world, and we need 30,000 by the end of 2030.
We're not going to get there.
It takes three years to build a data center, too.
And the CEO of NVIDIA calls it the five-layer cake.
