Their first filing was a Chapter 13, which is essentially a payment plan for people trying to catch up on bills or save their house from foreclosure.
But this new filing is a Chapter 11.
That's a more complex process built for businesses and high-debt individuals.
It's extremely complex.
Like, it definitely shouldn't be done without an attorney.
