And it was set up at that time in an effort to try to help us prevent the bankruptcy situation.

That's what the issue is.
I hate having to say this, but once again, the hearing was continued, and no decision was made.
But the judge wants to see Ron and Jan again very soon.
So July 1st at 2 p.m., we'll resume this hearing.
The court will impose a temporary stay.
