Yes, absolutely.

They do.

They've got a ton of voice as a as a property holder.

And and and I think that you know, there will be a reputation for communities that want to welcome these amazing investors.

So for example, going back to that Kansas City data center, it's it's a it's a it's a 10,000 GPU data center.
