But the big one in Canada is money.

That's why they did the deal, the Canada soccer business deal, to try and get money.

But number one, there's prize money, direct prize money, millions of dollars that come with reaching around to 16 in the World Cup.

But the corporate money is going to pile on now.

And I think they're going to get a national training center out of this.

I guess it's going to be good for the Canadian Premier League.

Yeah.

The MLS one's tricky though, right?

And again, in your town and in Montreal, both.

And that has more to do with the skyrocketing franchise values, which frankly, money in, money out, I don't understand.

But those teams are worth enormous amounts of money on the open market right now.

And the temptation...

Especially in BC where you don't have a – you need a stadium solution there and you need a bunch of things to happen.
