In Toronto, very much, people follow the team.
There's a hardcore that follow the team.
Very few people follow the league.
And that's partially because of the broadcast deal where you just can't see the games unless you really want to pay for it.
So I don't know.
I don't know what the future of MLS is.
I think this will help the Canadian Premier League on that kind of grassroots scale that they're trying to exist on.
And you're right.
They've been walking a very fine line early in their history.
But, you know, like they have had, look, there's been CPL players capped for Canada.
There's been a bunch of them, right?
Like that's the point, right?
They're not all going to be superstars, but there needs to be a pipeline for domestic players and that's not MLS.
They're pretty local.
Yeah, I would say one thing I think is going to come out of this, and again, something concrete, I think they're going to get a national training center.
because they've been talking about it, and there's no dough, or there wasn't enough dough, and there wasn't enough corporate support, but a national training center would be extraordinarily important.
So I think that, if nothing else, that'll come out of this.
But I think, you know, look, that team...
you know the younger part of the team we just saw is going to qualify four years from now and are going to be fun to watch and there's you know there's more upside there and there's again there's going to be kids pushing their way through and then you know we get not the depth that the americans have uh but enough you know like so if we're in the conversation every four years if this happens every four years canada's in the world of course we're so fun yeah so fun yeah it'll be a total blast right
