I would say one thing I think is going to come out of this and get something concrete.

I think they're going to get a national training center.

Um, because they've been talking about it and there's no dough or there wasn't enough dough and there wasn't enough corporate support, but a national training center would, would be extraordinarily important.

So I think that if nothing else, that'll come out of this.

Um, but I think, you know, look that team.

you know the younger part of the team we just saw is going to qualify four years from now and are going to be fun to watch and there's you know there's more upside there and there's again there's going to be kids pushing their way through and then you know we get not the depth that the americans have uh but enough you know like so if we're in the conversation every four years if this happens every four years canada's in the world of course we're so fun yeah so fun yeah it'll be a total blast right

I'm going to separate that from the Davies situation.

I want to talk about that because I don't think soccer has to be hockey.

We don't need Bobby Bond winning the Stanley Cup with a broken leg.

It's different, right?

It's just different.

And there are lots of guys who have played and fought through injury.

And injuries in soccer are not maybe as obvious sometimes as Bo Levi Mitchell getting carried off with his foot point the wrong way the other night.

It's different.

But if you have a serious hamstring injury, it might not look like much, but you still can't play.

But the Fonzie thing...

and I know, look, if I was Canada soccer, I would want this to just go away, right?

I don't want to have this discussion in the middle of this kind of euphoric moment after the World Cup and Canada's performance and everybody blissed out about soccer and Alphonso Davies is on every other TV commercial right now.

But, you know, who pulled Alphonso Davies from that game?

Okay?
